A CSR/Delivery Driver is a representative from our company that will provide full graveside service setup in cemeteries throughout central Iowa.

CSR/Delivery Driver duties

• Load product on trailer for scheduled daily delivery.
• Drive truck and trailer to cemetery where grave service is scheduled.
• Set burial container in or over grave using appropriate equipment.
• Set up tent and chairs at gravesite; set up lowering device on burial container.
• If needed, help funeral professionals with parking of cars, carrying of flowers and any other help they may need at the gravesite.
• After graveside service: lower casket, seal vault or close grave box, take down all equipment and load equipment back in truck and return to plant.
• Responsible for daily maintenance on your truck and equipment and for keeping them all clean.
  
  

Manufacturing duties

• Ability to learn all aspects of manufacturing, ie., stripping products from forms, cleaning & oiling forms, applying bonding mixture and butyl tape seal and pouring of concrete in forms.
• Cut wire for reinforcing and cutting and bending rebar.
• Get aged products from stock and paint for next day’s orders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug screens.
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs.
• Must be able to read maps and understand directions.
• Must be detail oriented.
• A neat and clean appearance is required. You would be a representative from our company in daily contact with our customers, ie., funeral directors, cemetery personnel and the general public.
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Some overtime is required, including most Saturdays.
• Must be able to work in all outdoor elements.
• Be a team player.
